Shipping and returns

How nice that you are considering ordering from us! We understand if you have questions about this process. We will explain a few things.


  • We ship via PostNL, the package can be tracked via a tracking number that you will receive after ordering at your specified e-mail address.

  • You can track the package via

  • Orders within the Netherlands are €7.95, within Europe €19.50, outside Europe €35. The amount may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. You will be informed about this when this is the case with you. Keep this in mind.

  • Delivery is possible within the Netherlands 1 to 2 business days depending of course on the speed of parcel processing at PostNL. We aim to have your package delivered to your home within 2 working days.

  • Bee very bigitems can also be chosen for personal delivery by us, please contact us for the possibilities.

  • Within Europe this can be done up to last 7 days, does it take longer? Feel free to contact PostNL or us.

  • Outside Europe this can take longer, up to 14 working days. Depending on whether the package has to go through customs. In some cases, the package unfortunately stays a little longer than expected at customs.

  • If necessary, items with necessary documents will be sent with it. Think of CITES documents or transfer statements. 

  • Not every product can be shipped internationally. Sometimes an animal species is CITES registered. We have listed this information with the item on the website. Before purchasing, also check whether the animal species in question can be shipped.

  • Pick up in our store in Wageningen is for free! The address is De Arc 3, Wageningen.


  • You have the right to your purchase 5 working days return after receipt. We would like to receive an e-mail about this at with the reason for the return.

  • After returning you will receive your full purchase amount including shipping costs within 3 working days.

  • Did the item arrive broken? This can of course happen despite careful packing. We would like to receive an e-mail with a photo and description and we will look at the possibilities.

  • Did we accidentally send the wrong thing? Send us an e-mail or contact us by phone. We will try to resolve this as soon as possible.

  • Custom-made bell jars cannot be returned.

  • The return costs are for own account depending on the reason, this will be discussed with us.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns at all times.
